Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. She earned her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years and set higher goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
